Boss, I quitt!!

People always ask why I quit my job. I have wrote a lot about it before. The details are here. I have been complaining about it for a longggg time but since my scholarship 7 year bond is up this coming september and cuti pun 125+ days (cuti banyak sebab takleh amik cuti) or so, I took the earliest date to quit - 1 April. You cant imagine how long I have wanted to submit that golden letter of resignation. Unfortunately the drama that I have imagined (bosses pissed off or somewhat) didn't come to reality but the kepuasan of freedom was still there in my heart. Bosses tried to act all cool which was fine... but later I found out they had an emergency meeting because of this (Me and AZ leaving).

Better yet, because of this... HR GM called us up asking why and all that, the CEO knowingly the reason we quit asked the 5-men policy (suckiest decision ever) to be reverted back to the 6-men immediately by sms to our GM the very same day he knew the details. Bergegar jugak lak management. Even the HR GM, our GM, Chief engineer with our new VP set up a meeting to rectify this issue with all of us. CEO dah marah baru lah nak kisah kan!

Even papers were sent upwards regarding our department structuring without proper channelling (bypass the new VP- pissed him off real good). Kesimpulannya AZ and me were really satisfied that our point got across. The shouting and grunting for the past 1.5 years were ineffective.... we just had to quit.. together. We wish we could have done it before but the bond was holding us back. Although its a lost to us but in the end it was a gain to our successors and the rest of the department. No doubt good things came about from this. Hope it turns out the same for us too.

ps.. one more funny thing in TNB, you dont notify that you want to quit instead you have to "memohon meletak jawatan". Yes you have to get their approval to quit. If they dont approve it you cant quit. Good luck doing that to me.

Shooting at Kedai Tenaga

As reported by TV3 yesterday, two kids were hit by a stray bullet from an accidental discharged rifle. The security guard at a Kedai Tenaga accidentally dropped his rifle on the floor and bullets came flying out. The kids were waiting on the seats accompanying the mother while she was paying her TNB bills. The stupid thing was, the guard seeing what happened took off right after. Talking about running from your mistakes. Truly the bad apples of TNB way. On that note, I have to stress the security guard is not a TNB staff and is from a security contractor. Ohh yaa.. as usual the parents wants to sue TNB.

Lessons learned:
1) Paying bills is never a good thing and can be disastrous
2) Appreciate Maybank2U - saves time, energy and not a health hazard
3) You think having security would be safer
4) By running away from problems you wont get caught in the media

Hope the kids get a speedy recovery and it wont happen again. Insyallah

Talent speaks louderlah Adam Lambert

I dont get why people just do stupid stuff considering knowing the heavy consequences and impact. I'm talking about Adam Lambert during his AMA show where viewing audience are normal public people with general interest. His singing was great as it is and his show without the overly narcissist and sexual shenanigans were good enough. Watch the video to understand what im saying. What a shame and a waste of talent. Due to this there were over 1500 complains and a few shows cancelled on him.

Madonna playing with herself was controversial but she did it at her concert and to herself. JT and Janet Jackson wardrobe failure was unintentionally or seems unintended. Akon grinding a minor was supposedly in a over 21 club and even Zidanes infamous headbutt was spur of the moment and provoked (I still think Materazi is a schmuck and deserves it). All this public notorious incident is unfortunate events that was unplanned or for viewers who anticipates this kind of actions.

But in Adams case he planned everything and knows everything. Maybe he wanted to make a statement being gay and all. Being gay is one thing but showing too over zealous sexual showmanship to general public is too much to an extend its disgusting and disturbing. Groping, fingering, crotch grabbing is a biggg noooo never mind the guy to guy kissing.

Always let the talent speak for itself except if your Britney Spears or Paris Hilton.

ps.. I dont think there was an issue of lip-syncing cause he was a part of American Idol and if you watch carefully the video when he fell it there was a moment where the lead voice was absent.

Gomo and Hobins Hooligans

Disclaimer: This entry does not intend to stereotype the majority of football supporters but targeting the bad apples specifically.

Last night I watched the Piala Liga Malaysia Final on TV. Kelantan vs. Negeri Sembilan . "Gomo Kelate against Jang Hobins " as the saying goes. Didn't expect much from the game but I was surprised at how many people showed up and their passion towards the team. Flags, banner, face paint and even scarfs (you never know when the stadium might get cold in a hot and tropical country like Malaysia) were every where. Its great I told myself: more money in the industry, entertainment for everybody, growth and all that.

The match was emm... not entertaining but their effort was commendable. Loved the pressure and tracking back the defending teams put in (better than even Real Madrid) but not enough flowing football to comment about anything else (kurang intelligent lah kita main). The most surprising thing I
realized (as somebody who watches a lotttt of football) is the number of tackles coming in, I reckoned more than half was obviously seriously missed time and malicious but the irony was that most of them was ignored. Maybe its just the Malaysian way. Gomo lah katakan. Ohh i forgot..the Indra Putra free kick goal was superb! (giving credit when its due)

I was brought back to earth why I hate Malaysian football (main takde ah terror sangat, kecoh je lebih) starting when I saw the supporters throwing objects to the player that was taking the corner. Thats just too much. It even physically effected him taking it (bola tak cun as before) something unacceptable in football. Tak sportsman like, fair and all that. The linesman was not even protecting him but keep rushing him to take it plus there was an FRU guy about 2 meters away that could have done something about it. Malaysian way lagi. Not to mention the mercun, fires started and the breaking in gates. Ingat barang2 murah nak repair. I dont get why they just cant think. Most other cases its mainly due to the influence of alcohol. I dont think its the case here. I think its the influence of stupidity and low mentality.

I hope they catch the buggers and make them pay to set an example to others.

ps.. Negeri Sembilan won 3-1 not that it really mattered to me.

Muslims kids cant eat at Mcdonalds during Ramadan

Went to Mc'ds the other day (during Ramadan) cause the kids wanted to have their lunch while playing on the playground. During my order i told them i wanted the food for 'here' instead of 'to go'. They didnt let me (understandable sebab they will get in trouble letting me eat there) but i told them it was for my 2 and 4 year old kids and it was obvious cause i ordered 2 happy meals. They still didnt let me. I flipped but not all out sebab puasa mode. They said "kita ni melayu... nanti org cakap apa". I told them whats that got to do with me feeding my kids and insisting the kids wanted to eat here. Even had to guarantee if they got into trouble for it they can blame me and in addition to it a malay guy behind me was also pleading on my behalf. Seeing me all riled up, they reluctantly folded but with the tak puas hati look.

I dont know if i was being overboard and feeling too righteous but i just cant stand shallow people more sow shallow people that inconveniences my life. You expect me to feed my child sorok2 during puasa. I guess i could have avoided it all just by ordering 'to go' but having it there anyways but that way the shallow people wont see my point of view will they.

An employees rant part III

Reading back my rant.. yes i sound a little too pissed. So i thought i should cool down (had more time and just got back from outstation) a little because i believe its damaging me more than the people i intend to. I just wanted to bare it out.

No more details needed.. cause i wrote it out and my intentions fulfilled although some without further elaboration. Instead of dwelling more on it.. i should focus on solutions. A real solution that will really fix the problem.... and not depending on others. I learned from experiences.. whats the managements problem, is also your problem but whats your problem, is your problem.

Things are in motion.. its just a matter of time before it will succeed. Insyallah .. I pray to God my/my familys life journey will have success and be in His graciousness in this lifetime and the life after.

An employees rant part II

ok... heres the second part of my rant. the disclaimer still applies - stop reading if its sounds too b*tching or over the top.

i thought after a while i will a be little bit calmer but unfortunately i'm still extremely pissed off. Every free moment of my thought is very resentful and malicious, hence making me stressful. So please 'bear' (and not 'bare' - tq AZ for the literature lesson) with me will i let/write it out. Somehow putting it in this blog lets me really sort out my thoughts and documenting my 'emo' moments as future reference.

i realized i forgot to tell how i'm trapped in this unfortunate predicament. So here is the story line:
  • After SPM, i got 3 oversea scholarships offers (alhamdulillah - cause it was kinda difficult due to the 97-98 recession) to be either a Dr (JPA), Accountant (Renong) or an Engineer (TNB). At that time, TNB was a great company.. benefits, pay, progress and all. Therefore i choose it. Flying to US so soon (August after the SPM results after i got an ok SAT + TOEFL result) was also a big plus.
  • After the degree i was bonded for 7 years. The term stipulates if i defaulted i would have to pay RM700k+. A ridiculous amount, mind boggling how much they spend for me. Previous batches had to pay only RM130k max. Furthermore, there is no pro-rate in the contract and the total amount has to paid in full after 60 days of resignation. That is the dilemma. My good friend AZ has calculated it will be another 401 days till our contract date.
  • i didnt mind working my heart out for the company (which i did) seeing how much they paid for me and how they are treating us but the problem is they changed. They like to change the rules in the middle of the game. Our benefits, pay raise, job grade and growth were cut dramatically. Somehow the seniors are having the great deals but not us juniors. As an example medical for the seniors covers till death while we till retirement, retirement benefits gap mounting up to hundred of thousands in difference, having the same accomplishment and service length wont get you as far as it would previously by a mile etc etc. You can argue its due to the economy, but its just not the case since it happened before the crisis and during our profits were increasing.
  • My actual job involves shift work, situation awareness, decision making, crisis management, high responsibility and so forth as we are solely responsible for the integrity of Peninsular Malaysia high voltage electrical grid (blackouts kat rumah not included but kalau satu daerah or mukim - yes). I was satisfied as i deemed it as really powering the nation and being highly technical but like always they changed the rules and transferring job is out of the question because nobody wants to come and replace you (all of us have handed in request - yes all of us). They started reducing our allowances and staffs for the most ridiculous of reasons (CEO went to japan and wanted to emulate them not considering anything else - shallow bugger) .
So thats a little bit of how i came about being in this hell hole. So here are the reasons why i hate being in this scenario (cant help making it long):

  1. Missing weekends and holidays all the time. I really feel this one especially because my wife works weekdays and the only time i see her are during weekends. Weekdays especially nights and evening shift i would barely speak to her. For the past 2-3 months, i only had 1 weekend. Itupun they kept calling me to come back from my Melaka outing. They had the cheek to ask me to take the bus as i used the no transportation excuse. I also envy gatherings during holidays because i am always left out or have to decline their invitations. Another thing about the weekends, one of us is doing masters and his classes are on the weekends. Typically we had to cover his shift, therefore less weekends. He initially was taken out but one other colleague (the least liked) decided to retaliate and threaten to resign. So he was put back in and the retaliater got his way... furthering our misery.
  2. Coming to work during off/rest days. As any of us are unable to make our way to work for whatever reason, somebody that is off will have to sit in. So one 's pleasure (kalau tak MC) is anothers misery and somehow the pleasure is lopsided where some take leaves more than others and some covers more than others. Nowadays i'm doing more, consequently me being to most sour. Currently a colleague has been sick for a number of weeks and not coming back soon (not his fault) but in the end everybody else suffers. It comes to a point that if your on leave and do have a MC, you still have to come to work but if the VP comes to visit they will hide you as not the make them look bad - real case when a friend had his hand bandaged. A real low even for them. Imagining you breaking promises to your children/ change of plans everytime you receive a phone call to come to work. Even the family suffers. I quote my son " Ayah asik kerjaaaa jee, Ayah buang je lah kerja ngan TNB"
  3. Tired all the time. Always sleep deprived and consequently in a bad mood. Most of the time hanging out with the kids i'll be lying down. Even Zara (1+ years old) understands cause she always offers me a pillow when i'm playing with her.
  4. Management attitude towards all this. As long as its not bothering them directly.. the tend to take lightly our situation. Always give excuses even though some are legitimate but not all. 'Its a matter of time' the say before our problems are solved. The thing is its been nearly 10 months.. how much time do u still want taking into consideration we are suffering while waiting. We have given all the solutions but its somehow stuck at their level. Bureaucracy indeed!
  5. Reduction in staffs. The most problems came from this. The brilliant CEO not knowing the impact decided to just cut our staffs and the other higher managements just let it be. They were previous attempts but our previous VP fought it out making the end to all this nonsenses. No, its not cost saving cause ur still employing the others. Its actually increasing cause we started claiming and taking leaves. Just imagine with the same workload a company decides to 1/6 of its employees without taking any other mitigating steps. Thats how its going down.
  6. Entitle to claim. We are entitled to claims but to be fair its ok but not that much. If we follow our hourly rate we should be getting more especially our shift managers. Another thing if we work weekends or holidays the claim is the same... so why do we want to replace during those precious/important days. We have limited off time during holidays as it is. I would rather go out enjoying the time with the family and friends than work.
Theres more to my rant but i'm kinda tired and other things need to be done. I promise theres the next entry will be my last about my ranting and hopefully make me at peace. But heres what i still have left to eloborate:
  1. Doing the managers job
  2. So little pay/job grade for so much responsibility
  3. Same pay/job grade for the less stressful job
  4. No career path
  5. Nobody wants the job cause so pathetic a situation
  6. Overloading of work
  7. Nature of work
  8. No courses or certs
  9. Unfulfilled promises
  10. Benefits taken away

An employees rant

Note: We intend this blog to give a feel-good-feeling. Sorry this entry is not the case. Please ignore if it bores or depresses you.

It's been really rough at work this year especially this past few months. Things have just gone too far and things have crossed the line as i see it. Making amends or fixing the problem is no longer an option for me and that boat has sailed. Sorry dear colleagues - i cant fight anymore and there is no fire in me left.

One of my better attributes is my passion/semangat towards the things i appreciate/like and responsible for. But on the downside, when i am betrayed/abused/used/taken advantage/unfairly treated i will really be spiteful/vengeful/vindictive and finally heartbroken. That is just the way i am build up. I surely think most who knows me agree to this.

I have always dreamed of being the best engineer and putting a tremendous deal of effort in it. Even achieving things at a precedence level but of course no recognition or reward from the company (just pisses me off more because my pay grade + promotion is the same as or below real obvious deadwoods with no value to the company at all). Being the youngest Professional Engineer in the company history, the second youngest in the country, the 2nd youngest (youngest is a colleague of the same batch - but i got mine 3 months earlier) 500kV Authorized Person, the least service time to be a High Voltage Switching Engineer (highly technical position with paramount responsibilities but undoubtedly the suckiest job). Hell.. even my managers (senior of 10+ years experience) come to me for signatures to sit for their professional interview and sign off on their engineering drawings (should have asked for Rm500 a signature - market price).

Yes my signature is worth a lot - if i am submitting its like RM8000 a pop but i cant do that as i am bonded to the company and cant moonlight outside. People have approached me to just use my cert and willing to pay Rm2000 a month for nothing - but i just cant take that risk.

[As i am writing this, a colleague of mine called up (even before he said hello -i told him i knew i had to come to work, happens too frequently) to tell me the boss asked me to work this evening shift... see it sucks big time, as i am off and its considered as my rest day after night shift (for the past 3 months - i havent had my real 3 days straight rest day) . Furthermore i am just getting better from demam yg tak cukup rehat/tidur - yeah like they care. And the bosses have no balls to put everything in black and white but uses our colleagues to call us so that whatever happens they let go. Even though ur lying in the hospital bed they expect you to find a replacement and if you dont its your problem. Leadership TNB (my company) 101 - cover ur a*s, bunch of pus*ies and di*ks. ]

Due to this phone call and the piss off mood i am in right now, i am stopping here. Will write more, with more specifics of how my management and company are morons, idiots and as*wipes.

How long does it take to see a dr?

I had an ear problem the other day. Went to see the panel Dr 3 times before getting a referral to see the E.N.T. specialist but not before being pumped with antibiotics and in the end didnt really get any better.

Apart from being frustrated with the panel Drs. treatment, i was annoyed on how long it took me to see the E.N.T. Here is the timing it took me at SJMC or now called Sime Darby Medical Center (thinking it will faster because closer to zareefs school):
  1. 10 minutes - find a parking (lucky because i followed a couple getting out)
  2. 40 mintues - registering to see the dr. that was after i called up personally my insurer (PMC) to ask why so late in faxing my Guarantee Letter. Seems the hospital receptionist tak hantar fax.
  3. 5 minutes - in line to see the ENT
  4. 5 minutes - The actual treatment. The Dr. had a peak, sucked some stuff out and poofff i was healed.
  5. 5 minutes - to get my prescription order and other paperwork
  6. 1 hour - to get my medication (the most frustrating part). Only for one measly ear drop medicine.
  7. 20 mintues - Just to get out of the carpark and line up to pay.
So in the end it took me 2 hours 25 minutes for a 5 minute treatment. Damnnnnn it. Can you beleive that from a highly expensive private hospital. And worst of all i was suppose to pick up Zareef and i was an hour plus late (i budget 1 jam 30 je to go to the hospital.. and i couldnt pick him up first because takut hilang parking and turn).

Zareef was the last one at school and he looked as he was counting every second i was late. I will never forget his sad face (he is rarely sad but normally mengamuk je). Once i parked he was already clinging at the school gates. He was trying to hold in his tears while asking 'kenapa ayah lambat sangat?' but tak tahan sedih, dia terus nangis silu. It made me extremely sad/upset especially adding to my frustration before. Felt like i failed him. i did. i guarantee (god willing) this will not happen again.

Feel appreciated by colleagues

TNB = Top No.1 Bureaucracy

Came to work on Friday and realized the July payslip is out. People are smiling more than usual. Seems like some of them got extra allowances with 7 months back dated (but i'm not one of them). Some of them are getting up to RM700 extra a month from now on. I felt really happy for them. They earned it and right fully deserved.

People came up to me to thanked me. Some bought me dinner (currently sangat kenyang and gemuk). Others promised to do so too.
i felt really appreciated. I have always believed when you do good to people, people will remember.

The appreciation came about when I realized that some senior colleagues were being short changed by TNB. All TNB staff know this occurs every other day. Some moron interpreted a circular worngly (either shows incompetance or malice) and leaving the staff getting a pay cut (TNB memang suka betul bab mintak lebih, bayar tak nak). The staff involved inquired about it from the department management and HR of divisions. As usual too, all cock and bull story came up leaving everybody frustated. In the end, the staffs were tired of trying and lived with it but still very bitter and pissed.

Along with other issues, me being pissed off with the company made a fuss about everything to everyone. I just can't accept they are bending us over and sticking it to us. I was persistent and vocal in demanding what we deserved. Met/emailed the HR, the management and the union heads. Sold some names to be blamed. Made some people embarassed (therefore made some 'friends'). Prepared all the facts and paperwork needed. Pushed (very hard) all the issues to the union head to bring it up. Thank fully the Union was happy to shoot at Management too even more so with obvious proof of incompetancy.

So little by little we are getting what is rightfully ours. But still more to come and its taking too slow. You think goverment is slow, they are like rabbits compared to us kura2 TNB. I will swallow what i say if anybody can proof otherwise. I hope this entry wont give a negative impression of me. I bersyukur i have a stable job (even though not paid that high) and enough to provide for my family. I just cant stand working for selfish/inconsiderate/moronic/greedy people and being taken for a ride. I am not an idiot/walkover like they think.

ps.. i learned we got to stick it back where it hurts to get the message through.

Tonsils + labour day = working night shift.

Tonsils hurt like a bit$h. Especially when there are white patches (nanah/pus). I've been bed-ridden from last monday until this morning due to the high fever and body ache resulting from it. I can't seem to swallow anything without pain. Not even my own spit.

I suspect its a bacterial infection. my theory is i ate some leftovers without heating it properely. i guess when ur sick its the only thing u think about (how u got sick) apart from taking pictures of my tonsil every couple of hours. i wanted at first to put a picture here of my tonsils to show just in case if ppl at office asks. (yes ..eveything at the office is always being scrutinized even ur mc's- thats how suck it is in the office) but thought it'll just gross ppl out.

Body ache is nearly gone and you know how i'm going to celebrate. by going to my bloody stupid job tonight. Yes tonight = night shift on a long public holiday weekend. Labour day my as$. Its not even my actual shift. i have to cover for somebody. aint that icing on the cake. More icing (bagi tinggi baiknye cake), the wife isnt all that thrilled about it either. Either shes pissed because im sick and have to work or i dont spend enough time during holidays especially when there were a lot of plans this weekend. i wish its the former.

My dad insisted me to go to a wedding tomorrow (one of those very few that his side is coming here). wish i can make it (never wanted to dissapoint my dad) . Promised shahrul .. that we are going to shania's aqiqah too. i just hope i dont miss out anything tomorrow by sleeping all day. i guarantee u zareef/zara wont be thrilled to stay all day in the house. I hate missing out on family and friends stuff cause i had to work during holidays being very social and all (poyo sikit).

Kesimpulannya.. here is a perfect example of why i really hate my job. everybody who are close to me knows i hate my job. i asked to be reassigned (the first to ask but the last to be entertained). nobody to replace was the answer. yes.. its that shitty that nobody wants to work there. Trying to be gratefull (alhamdulillah at least ada kerja)... tapi sabar je lah (tempat cari makan - mama pesan).. bond is nearly over ( 1 year plus) and things are in motion. Hope everything will turn up as plan. Insyallah.

Drs = healers??

i'm sick lying in bed trying to sleep again (literally typing on my sides with a couple of fingers). Cant sleep that well especially in between naps i had to pick up zareef from smart reader. Malasnye(you know that feeling) and lenguh nak get out bed tadi. And to top it of.. 5 minut'es dalam kereta zareef was already snoring while i was struggling to keep awake.

I wanna share what happened at the clinic today. Sometimes i get the feeling that dr's especially GP's are well.... not as helpful as we would like them to be. After all the inspection (setakat temp, pegang tonsils and tengok mulut je) this morning the dr didnt even mention once whats wrong with me. all i know lepas check... "you tunggu luar" aikk .. i tak habis ceriter sakit lagi dah kena halau. but i didnt protest because i knew i was getting my m.c. The real reason i was going there in the first place.

The only advice i got from her was not to drink ice water. duhhhh!!!! Zareef pun tahu tu. dah kalau minum boleh rasa sakit lagi of course you shouldnt keep on doing it. Ohh yeah.. another thing she said was dont forget the antibiotics. Belum apa2 dah ceriter antibiotics. everything antibiotics. ask any real dr's. antibiotics is normally the last resort. sakit sikit je makan antibiotics will make your immune system weak. dah lah normally they give the highest end antibiotics (lebih profit ke .. tak tahu lah). normally antibiotics bagi yg kurang power2 until tak leh baru bagi yg power. i asked a specialist pasal antibiotics and he said too much will kill the good bacterias in the belly. In other countries, like its suppose to.. antibiotics is the last resort.

And in other countries.. clinics dont hand out medicine. theres a big reason for that. so dr's dont push the products. its open to abuse (you kena makan ubat yg i jual ni). plus kesian pharmasicts.. nak cari makan pun susah sekarang. The industry knows this but what to do..

Did you know mis-diagnosis is among the biggest cause of avoidable death (behind road accidents and smoking.. i study dulu) in the US. Dr's can say aynthing and get away with it. certain dr's in klang valley are even known for it. A clinic in seksyen 13 shah alam, will always say air ketumbuh (i hope i spelled it right) masa mengandung sikit.. and push for a cesaerian. Certain surgeon will always push for an operation. Confronting these crappy drs. (after second opinion and kantoikan diorang), they will just shrug it off by saying 'its my professional opinion'

Ok.. enough bashing of the profession. please dont get offended if ur a dr. or anything like that. some drs. are so wonderful, you'll be waiting in line for hours wanting to see them every time.
you wouldnt want anybody else taking care of your loved ones. its the lousy drs. that i want to highlight.

Mc D seksyen 3 sux

Went to McD's cause we wanted to see Nats new blog and certainly not for its food. Personally i think McD paling sux among the fast food syndicates. Low value for money(apart yg lunch offer - tu pun yg set tak best) and tak sedap(never looks half as good as in the pictures advertised - tak macam wendys) . But i found myself going there anyways for other reasons (lepas tu ada je benda tak puas hati) . McD kan 'happening, canggih and modern' ada Wifi lah katakan. so i thought.

Free Wifi at McD's - stickers everywhere. Bangga giler dengan sales pitch stickers diorang. but what the h@ll man!! we sat around for 2 hours tapi tak dapat2 connect. Bo keeps trying every minute. Macam nak halau org offkan connection. ni bukan McD free wifi, ni McD wifi free as in soda - sugar free and cake - fat free. Jgn harap ah the staff knows anything when we asked about the connection. "takyah connect, terus pakai je". power betul diorang jawab - either terlampau malas nak layan or very good at making ppl feel disappointed. the malaysian customer service.

Memang disappointed tul. Baru nak share ideas and stuff. so in the end balik terkangkang. But time and time again i ask myself why do i get caught up in disappointment as i already know the expectation of service/business/public in Malaysia. I guess i have a vision too (not 2020), everything or everybody will do what they are suppose to do and get on with it. Its these small things that we go through day in and day out that builds up dissatisfaction and gives us a bad impression on our society. Hope i learn to control my dissatisfaction better as i cant expect a perfect world.
